Vail Medal

I recently obtained a bronze Vail Medal. It is marked on the edge Medallic Art Co. NY. Medallic Art is a well known long time producer of these types of objects. They are still in business, though no longer independent. The medal was awarded by the Bell System for noteworthy public service. It is still awarded by the new at&t and Verizon. Maybe other companies with roots back to the Bell System. Does anyone have one? What sizes did the medal come in?
