Metro Manila has been submerged in flood

16 inches of rain in 6 hours would put most storm drain systems out of business I think.  That's an amazing amount of rain for such a short time, must have been like a solid wall of water falling.  Floods are terrible deals, the water just ruins everything.

Art Bell from "Coast to Coast", moved to Manila a couple years ago. Ever heard of him. he's living in a big hotel apartment complex. He's a radio broadcaster of the bizarre, and weird.

Hobie, my sister now is ok, their house and also their dental clinic was submerged in flood including some cars. The only problem in their area is shortages in food and clothing.

I am glad that the second typhoon missed Manila.  I'm sorry that it hit other countries of course. I hope you and your family are okay.
