Hi Kenny,
I think you can print them yourself with some thick cardstock paper. I haven't done this, but it shouldn't be that difficult. It might take a couple of tries to get the sizing right.

If someone here was really good at making web apps they could make a page where you select your style dial card, enter your number, and select how big it is then it generates the image and you print it.

A member with the username Netdewt offered to custom make some dial / number cards starting on page two of this topic:

Reply #37 on page 3 from Netdewt, 3/9/2010:
QuoteOkay, here's the scoop.

Dave said that I can use the scans on the Telephone Archive as long as I'm doing it to help out collectors and not for profit. You guys can just pay me in phones then right?  Wink

I don't know that it makes sense for me to print cards and mail them to you guys. Dave suggested getting cards printed at a photo place (Shutterfly, Target, Wally-mart) on glossy paper, then you don't have to worry about the acetate whether you have it or not.

So, what I am offering is a custom card made from the Telephone Archive stock. PM me if you're interested.

But, he/she may be on vacation as he/she has not logged on to the forum since June 2010...

This is something I have been investigating myself as my new 500 C/D is missing a dial card.
There are a number of helpful topics posted here if you are interested in making your own.
I have been using the advise given and experimenting in my Word program as I do not have Photoshop or a fancy photo editing program.

Here are some topics with helpful links, tips, suggestions, etc.:

There was a member that made an attempt at this (username: winkydink, but he/she has not logged into the forum since 2009 and the forum topic was never completed with a working program that could be downloaded:

I have not purchased a customized card, so I can't speak about the quality of the card or customer service (maybe someone else can chime in here), but here are a few more options:

As I was searching through the forums, I also found someone else who advertises to make customized cards (ebay seller):

You can additionally search for "number cards" or "dial cards" on ebay and find a few sellers willing to customize them for you.

And, an internet seller I came across:

Whatever method you choose, good luck!

Take care,
