Hi Russ, I believe I have a box of SC handsets. I will check my parts stash this weekend and let you know if you do not find what you need before then.

I went through my stash last night. I do have a box of barn fresh SC handsets but they are the newer type. Look similar to a WE F handset, no spit cups.
I have the handset and it has the ring,the handset is complete minus cord. I will tell you in advance that it will break if you try to remove the ring. They always break.Iif you can find the Bakelite ring which was the early type they are less likely to break. I personally just use the later handset. The rings always break. The colored ones in some cases are more stable.
