I have a few phone books in my collection but this one will be the oldest by about 15 years, and looks like it is in much better condition:

It arrived today wrapped in plastic in a plain envelope.  It wasn't marked "fragile" or "do not bend" and was jammed through the mail slot with everything else!  Luckily it survived unscathed.  The book is in excellent condition, the only issues being rusty staples, some very light age stains, and some wear on the corners.  Unfortunately there are no ads for phones or anything else.  They don't even use the blue bell logo anywhere.   Not bad for $11 shipped!
