Does anyone know who won the recent trial set on Ebay?

I remember that listing but did not follow it. The winner was g***c ( 1375 ), one of 3 total bidders, who placed a very high bid about 3 hours before the auction ended, high enough to top a last second $1,020.00 snipe placed 6 seconds before the auction ended by one of the other buyers.

IIRC, this phone was discussed elsewhere on the forum, the vented side stands out for some reason.

The trial set was not from the Morris trial (not Morristown), but from Crystal Lake. Morris was in 1960, Crystal Lake in 1956.

So, this phone was first listed by  suzhoop27 (927 ) in West Orange, New Jersey at $25 and ended early on April 6, 2016 by the seller without any bids (gee, I wonder why?  ::) ) with the ending note being:  " This listing was ended by the seller because there was an error in the listing."

The phone then surfaces on eBay on June 2, 2016 in a 10 day auction starting at $499. That seller is  booguy27 (2225 ) who also is located in West Orange, New Jersey - what a coincidence.

The phone sells for $1,045 plus shipping. Nice profit for the second seller while the first seller, if they know, has to have feelings about selling it early in a side deal. Not as bad as the several thousand dollar Squatting Dog that went early for $200 recently but significant/notable anyway.

Or maybe they shared in the profit, just two different sellers in the same household or business.
