6 conductor handset cord sought

I'm looking for a green (-51) 6 conductor spaded handset cord. does anyone have any lying around that they don't need? I will also accept a spaded 6 conductor line cord in green also, will take black if that's all that's available...

Isn't a 6 lead HS cord used on a push to talk HS and maybe a hard of hearing HS ? 
I know I have seen them, but don't remember on what.   Maybe my Lt. gray ptt.
