When my dad saw the post on one of the telephone lists he ran out to the post office to get a sheet of those.  Turns out, it's released as part of a group of stamps featuring a number of different engineers, they're only available together.  Meaning, he bought a sheet and only one stamp has a 302 on it, the others have sewing machines, lamps, etc featuring other influential engineers.

Maybe he can trade some sheets with collectors of sewing machines and the like.
