This telephone was the typical wall telephone i Sweden in many years. I do not know much about it, but got mine from the racing field GellerĂ¥sen Arena.

Quite ugly, and no anti-sidetone. I guess these were made from before 1930, and until they stopped using magnet phones.

Never had problems to rotate the pictures before, but now... I had to load them, download them rotate them give them new names and upload them.  Strange But now you see all you probably need.

I was asked about how to use it as a CB phone and here is my suggestion too.

I am curious about the little gold rectangle on the right...
My ktas has 2, one with a counter inside. what was that for?
I have seen a lot of them with nothing inside. no paper, no plastic window
Were those where your phone number went?
And they are fragile! I broke a tab off removing one for painting. :(
Had to glue it back on.

Yes that is where you had your number, usually covered with something transparent. (Cellofan?)

Most European phones had those, and did not have the number in the center of the rotary dial.

Quite ugly...

I'm not going to dispute on this...  8)
Is the body made from metal or black painted wood?

dsk

It is metal, the batteries has been leaking, so it is some rust there as you see. Probably not a keeper  ;)
