I tried to get a close-up photo from both phoneco and oldphonworks websites:

Phoneco: Clicking on the item (S110) at this page http://phonecoinc.com/category.asp?map=1&hhrl=home&group=main&gorl=group&category=CandPart

I get this:

500 - Internal server error.
There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

OPW:  http://oldphoneworks.com/_search.php?page=1&q=22587  Clicking on the photo, I get this:

Access denied!

You are not allowed access to that resource!

Error ID: 33

I just now tried both and they worked fine....but I have had similar issues with both sites in the past, when others didn't....

OK, I know Phoneco has problems with their website sometimes.

What about the discounts phoneco used to offer to ATCA/TCI members and dealers? The discounted prices were marked "W/Q." (With Quantities). I don't see those any more. For example, a $10 repro mouthpiece was $7 W/Q.

Did you click on just the one item, to enlarge the photo? Or the "see details" under the small photo on opw?

well, at least I know that I'm not the only one who runs into these problems....I'm pretty sure its the hosting company that's having issues....(website hosting)

I had the same problem with OPW a few hours ago. May be a harbinger of things to come now that total control of the web had been turned over from the US to a UN agency or committee on 10/1/2016.

They never met your grandpaw, apparently.

OPW has a new web site that's a bit harder to navigate than the prior one. You have to know what you want, harder to do the hardware store walk the aisles shopping browse. I can see the difference but it too hard to explain so check it out yourself.
