How do you connect the line cord to the connecting blocks for a Stromberg Carlson 564 3 line 3 hold phone?

You can check the TCi library: https://www.telephonecollectors.info. There should be diagrams on there.

check the model number.... it should be an 1800 series phone. I stopped dealing with SC phones because they made such inferior products. The insisted on marking they're terminal boards with numbers instead of following the bell practice method. (letters) and it makes it real hard to work on them. enclosed is my copy of what you might be looking for, hope this helps...

Sorry guys, I gave you the wrong model #.  I can't get that phone down from the self (too much junk in the way), but the ITT equivalent to it is 576.

It should be in the TIMM 2 manual in the TCI Library.
