Title: 1978 Northern Telecom Centurion Pay Phone opened without keys. Part 1
Post by: ..... on February 02, 2017, 10:50:42 PM
I finally got around to opening the 1978 Centurion that I bought off a Kijiji seller last weekend. It had no keys and had the body lock punched out. Who ever done this, couldn't get it open. There were only 2 quarters (1972 and 1988) and a dime (1973) in the bottom. The cash box was empty and still had a tag on it from 1997. It been 20 years and its open again. There are 16 pictures to this set.

Last 4.

Last picture shows that the body can be repaired. Just a little welding and grinding.
