Key System Desi label for 851/852 and later Call Directors etc

Please see the attached photo.  I am aware there are original desi labels out there.  I'm curious if anyone has an Excel spread sheet with this size/style to "make your own" without having to search for a typewriter.

I've not seen a listed one. I did a year ago. But, it's actually pretty easy to make in WORD. Just measure exactly, create a table and resize the cells / columns.  It's under Format Cells if I recall from years ago.
