Do you know anything about this "modern" payphone

This one are for sale near mee, but If i shall use it I need to know how to program and of course needed software and hardware.
Any ideas?

Very little to offer myself, but BT sold them (or something virtually identical bar the colour) as their Payphone 490 Plus, which seems to have been a phone supplied and operated by them over a dedicated payphone line, though I don't know if the one you're looking at works the same way...
