Hi everyone,
I am in need of input on how far I can go in dismantling a Ivory 302 handset.  I plan to bleach the phone but I don't want to submerge the handset until I have these parts out.  I suppose I could go the peroxide route and may have to if these two parts are glued in.

It seems like I should be able to pry off the plate with the WE badge but I don't want to break it by forcing it.  Is it supposed to come off?

Secondly, the piece with the metal screw studs wiggles (maybe flexes is a better word) but it seems glued in at the end with the alignment thingy.
I haven't posted a picture before so here goes nothing.
