western electric manual 202 hook switch problems

I disassembled my manual 202 and when I put the hook switch back together I didn t get dial tone,i think I put the hook switch back together properly, but is there a way I could have done that wrong?thank you for any input.

There are two sets of contacts: When you go off hook, Y and BK make first, then GN and W.

I am making progress with my little problem. I put it back together again and it didn t work until I put a screwdriver in between terminels  BK and Y.  I why would it suddenly work when I did that? thank you.

It could be that those contacts are not closing fully when they should be.
