Is it painted or isn't painted ?

I was sorting some parts to store away and I need to I.D. some parts as to whether they are painted or not.
Well I think I found the answer.

Below are some parts that I wasn't sure were painted or not. The handset pictured first..............Is it painted ?

The second and third picture tell the story under Ultra Violet light.

Soft and hard plastics show differently under the Ultraviolet light also.

Can you take a photo of soft, hard plastic and bakelite in the same photo? Just curious as to how it will look.
