I'll have to check through my photos. I saw a similar looking unit in a CO not too long ago on a test board with cords. One CO has 3 of them along the wall of the main distribution frame. They probably haven't been used for many decades. I sure hope they don't get chucked.

Sounds like they need to be 'recovered'.
