A few days ago, I bought a Kellogg Grabaphone handset for $19.99 (with free shipping) (ebay link).  A few minutes ago, another similar, but different handset sold for $42.89 (ebay link). ( dead link 02-19-21 )
The one I bought is stamped "12 LC".  I do not see any model number stamped on the other one.  I have the desk stand version already with "F 11 C" stamped on it.

I am trying to understand the differences between these handsets and when they were made.  I did find a Kellogg ad from the Dec 1916 issue of Telephony.

The one hanging from the side of my Kellogg  switch board is also marked 12  LC.
