Wiring Help Needed for AE 1A Handset

I know its not a 1A, it goes on a 1A. What terminals to the red white and black go on?? Thanks for your help.....Doug

Typically
Black = Transmitter
Red   = Common to transmitter & Receiver
White= Receiver
It is hard to see, but do you have the 2 wires that run through the handle?
The color sequence is for Western Electric, I think AE is Red Brown Black or one of the colors is Orange.
