HELP (again) with SC-1602W ringer

   Hi all,
   Need a little help (again). Trying to thin out collection and making sure everything works as best it can . I have one Stromberg Carlson 1602W Princess style phone that I'm having no luck getting the "tone ringer " to work. Checked out schematics on line and all is wired correctly. Anybody out there in "Rotary Land" have any experience with these ringers?

PS...This phone is brilliant turquoise ( My wife loves the colour) , I tried photographing with two digital cameras and three different cell phones and pictures ALL look blue !   Remember that foe e-bay !
