Bill, I'm not having a problem with it - it is quite readable as it shows up on my screen. Can you right-click on the image and copy it to your computer, then use a graphics program such as Microsoft Paint to enlarge it?
Warning - it has been jpeg'ed almost to death, so there isn't much opportunity for enlargement left. A lower compression setting, or another file type such as gif, would have been a better choice.
