After hearing of the passing of Mr. Mortimer, I contacted his son to ask if I could see Harry's personal phone collection. I'd been talking to Harry over email in recent years to see if he could give me a tour of the MTS (now BellMTS) phone museum, as he was the curator. One of the volunteers (formerly "Pioneers") told me it's been dismantled and sold to various collectors around Manitoba  :'(

His son and daughter are selling off his personal collection. As of a couple days ago, they've sold 6 or 7 and have interest in 6 more, but didn't specify which ones. They've only been promoting their sale for a couple of weeks, and aren't looking to make a lot of money. They just want them to go to people who will appreciate them as his father did. If anyone's interested, send me a PM and I will forward your info on to them. Below is the link to photos and list he sent me.

Thanks

I did like the manual Seimens set #5 and the Red Wellington. For older collectors, like myself this is very sad to see.   :'(    Doug
