Need help to ID this switchboard.

This is the only information I have on it. Is it worth what they are asking?

10+50 switchboard console and they want $150.00 CDN for it.

compared to a cord board, if you can hook phones up, and use them, good deal. imho

If it is just a console it needs a room full of equipment to operate it. If a self contained switchboard you may be able to use it as is but I'm betting it is just a console. Not familiar with it otherwise.
