Purchased this one last week and it arrived by mail. It was in even better condition than I expected. The bakelite is very good and shiny even before polishing. And it came with a bakelite plug, which is somewhat rare.
It is an Ericsson DBH1001 made for the Gemeentelijke telefoondienst Amsterdam (not PTT) and is marked as such. It was designed in the 30's, but this one was made in the 40s. The handset is a replacement from the 50's. And one rubber foot is missing. I do have a spare handset that is correct for this model as well as a rubber foot.
I bought it as a gamble and bid 10 euros. I thought I'd restore it and sell (200-250 euros). But it is in such good condition! I think I'll keep it!
Groeten,

Arwin
