Nice to see the "other" main phone company getting some love. I know someone resurrected one of these from the dead last year or so. I guess a rare phone is a rare phone 8)

This one is a very interesting model. It has the old style potted network (which required adjustments to the potentiometer, accessible from the bottom) and an early dial. Notice the chromed ring around the numbers card. The handset is the old style, with no center hole in the receiver and transmitter. The method employed to attach the dial to the chassis is from the late fifties; earlier models used a couple of screws to attach the dial.

The metal plungers are inherited from the AE40s.

Plus, no sanding required.
