Can you identify the Dial Plates

Found in a box of parts, AE type dial plates. Any ideas?...thnx....Doug

I have seen both types before, but my memory is not as good as it used to be.  I believe that the one with the pins on the back is a North.

The first one is definitely North.  The other might possibly be Kellogg.

I was just working on an SC phone with an SC dial, and I was reminded that the two tabs on the inside opening and the hole near the '0' are both found on some SC dial plates.  I do not think that I have any porcelain SC dial plates, but I am going to guess that the second plate in the pictures is SC.
