Your welcome Jack.    Jim mentioned a list that he  compiles, but I'm sure someone in either ATCA or TCI also made up a list of mouth pieces, thread pitch and size for each, but it was some time ago, and I can't think of who it was.     I did a Google search of the TCI Library, but I didn't have any luck.    I also ran a normal Google web search, couldn't see anything that matched my query.
That would have been a useful addition to one of Meyer's "Old Time Telephones" books.

They pop up from time to time but they are not usually tethered to something. And anything posted on FB is generally gone with 1.5 attention spans.
