Western SC Candlestick

I am in Maine today and I found a WE SC stick today. Made into a lamp, but nothing is damaged. What is a SC, I don't think I have ever seen one.  All original bakelite, green bottom cover and cords for 50. Any ideas? Good day at the fleas, besides getting up at 4:30 AM....Doug
