Currently on eBay.

I suspect it is east European, but could not find references. The seller's info "ava mpg80" finds nothing.

I'm guessing the seller took that code off the Buttset, maybe they have misread it. If it's something you are interested in ask where he got that info from, for photos of other views inc that side with the red switch, and a photo of any writing or other marks on it.

Found it. It's an italian Fava buttset made for SIP (italian phone company).
I knew I saw the fingerstop design somewhere and dug through italian sites:

I might like it but already have too many phones and it's not a real bargain either.
