Since there are no other posts or pictures of a 513 on this board,
here is a what a 513A2 KSU looked like fresh out of the original WECo box.

Chassis: 513A2
Size: 17-3/8" wide x 17" high x 11" deep
Power supply: 19C2
Frequency Generator: 117A  (turns the stock 19C2 into 20C2 p.s.)
KS-15900 L1 Interrupter

The 513 KSU was in a way the most versatile of the small system 1A2 units, because it could accommodate all of the various feature cards available, if I am not mistaken.  In addition to 4-inch card slots, it also had two extended slots for the 8-inch KTUs.

The 513 could be expanded with a  4+3 (4"/8") slot expander (No. 514) to make a 515 KSU. When expanded, the 515 also had a larger cover to enclose the entire unit.  The second picture shows the 515A from the BSP.

The BSP for the 513/514/515 is formidable:

It has six lines terminated on the 4-inch card slots (J1–J6) along the bottom, and each of the two 8-inch slots (J7 and J8) can terminate another CO line.  That makes a total of eight CO lines.

Here is the termination layout of the connecting blocks (high resolution image).
