This is another* example of a Northern Electric 302 assembled at the NE factory with imported WE color plastics. Note the white (not vermilion) date stamp and H1 stamp on the housing, and the slot for the induction coil on the glossy basepan.

Box is for a remanufactured ("telephone company property") black ("-3") Western Electric 302, with curly handset cord ("R").

The phone has been for sale for a while.  Nobody seems interested, yet the price doesn't seem so bad.

Since this does appear to be a factory-fresh example, at least perhaps a one-owner phone, we can assume the parts are factory-original. The solid hookswitch plungers confirm the Northern Electric manufacturing theme that they made at least their own plungers. The NECo plungers are solid throughout, not hollow two-part pieces like the WECo plungers.
