Canada Post shutdown

IF your wiating for an order from OPW, you might have to wait. Canada mail service is shut down because workers are striking against benifit cuts. I don't know if OPW is affected, but I suspect they are.

Never fear: OPW says they have set up with FedEx while the strike is going on.

Thanks, DW. I do indeed have an order outstanding from OPW. I just hope that my order didn't enter the Canada Post pipeline, and get stranded there, before the strike began.

I hope not as well! I just ordered yesterday after I was already assured that my order wouldn't be affected. But unless you ordered live bees, they're not too worried about stuff hung in the mail right now.

While it may not be over, they were forced back to work by the government last Monday. It always amazes me what the govenment does and does not think is an essential service.....
