Two Boxer I got Yesterday

I got this yesterday, according to the seller, he purchased it for $20 at a yard sale. I am intrigued. I just want it to display well. I know the faceplate must go, but is everything except the wrong curly wires correct? I wish the top box wasn't split, but I can live with it.

The wood is in great shape (except for the split in the top Box  ). Is this correct? Backplane and the two boxes?

I just want to display it. I have always wanted one, but space is an issue in the Phone room. Maybe I can sweet talk Janet for a non phone room location.

What are your thoughts, is it real? Is it a Western?....thanks....Doug

Made up as parts Repro Kellogg arm with repro WE tx, Kellogg top box converted from a subset  Backboard and battery box are new
