I have a #2 EB dial that is pretty unusual.  Anyone know where this dial would have been used?

2E, 4E, 5E and 6E are all 10 PPS switchboard dials.  The terminal designations are different from those of a 2A or 4A dial and the off normal transfer contact set is isolated from the pulsing contacts but they can be used in circuits calling for a 2A or 4A dial.

2F, 4F, 5F and 6F are 20 PPS switchboard dials with the same circuit.
