I've looked all over this forum and the web but can't seem to find my current issue. My wife has a Candlestick phone that once belonged to her grandmother. Apparently, her grandfather rewired it to be used as a two-way line with their neighbor. Now, I would like to rewire it back to its original condition so that it can be used as a regular phone. However, without any markings, I've tried using multiple diagrams that were located on the web but can't seem to get it right. Either I only get a dial tone when the rotary is in motion or I hear the rotary clicks in the speaker (which may be correct but my memory doesn't remember such  ???) I am using a RJ11 to ultimately plug it into the wall which was recommended by a local electronic store.  Thank you in advance for any help!

PS: Not sure why the bottom picture posted upside down....sorry.
