Help with TeleConcepts Shellamar

Hi,
I have this nice TeleConcepts Shellamar telephone and am having trouble trying to get it to work. This one happens to have the Contempra handset and what appears to be a Contempra network on the inside as well as an odd (to me) hookswitch. I tried wiring it as if it were a Contempra but no luck.

Note that the Teleconcepts hookswitch has only 2 wires. The Contempra switches both sides of the line. So you will have to jumper the unswitched side.
