New forum members are very welcome and encouraged to take a guess. After all, there are no wrong guesses, just one lucky one. No one knows the winning bid on any auction until it ends. However, it is important to get your guess in before someone else grabs your guess.

Listed about 9 hours ago in a 10 day auction with no reserve starting at $40.00 is what appears to be a very nice green WE 302 with what may be original cloth cords. The seller did not provide internal photos and no photo of the back so this may be a challenge to come up with the winning guess. Seller did state the housing has a small crack on the front edge (red circle added), not the corners but the middle, interesting. It also appears that the soft center finger wheel is damaged. Since being listed, the phone attracted 2 buyers placing 2 bids driving the price up to $53.00.  I'm sure it will go up but how far is once again the question. So, who best knows what this item will sell for when the auction ends?

NOTE: we will use a $5 gap rule between guesses again to prevent crowding. As such, keep your guess at least $5 away from prior guesses for this contest.

The seller listed it as an "Vintage Green Rotary Bell System Telephone W/ Cloth Cord Western Electric H3 F1" with the item condition as "used" and "Looks Nice Unknown Working Condition" and with the auction listing description saying simply "Vintage Green Rotary Bell System Telephone With Cloth Cord Western Electric H3 F1 -- Looks Nice Unknown Working Condition Small Crack On Bottom Front "See 5th Pic" and Dial Damage Dials Turns Smooth -- Handset Reads:  BELL SYSTEMS  MADE BY  WESTERN ELECTRIC  F1. -- THANK YOU FOR YOUR TIME AND CONSIDERATION -- PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES CLOSE"
