Need a photo of the upper lock in place in a GTE 120B payphone

I need a internal photo, please of a GTE 120B showing the upper case lock in place in the housing.

I am unfamiliar with how the lock would look installed inside the upper housing.

I am getting ready to install a upper housing lock in my GTE 120B, and want to get it right.
