AE Model 31B Parts needed

Looking for these parts for my casting projects:

AE Model 31B 2-line bases & base plates

Below are photos of the parts that I need. The bakelite can be broken/shattered/cracked as long as the metal components are included. This is that add-on base for the AE-1A that makes it a multi-line set.
