Had the cake baked by a professional baker a week before the birthday but the baker I chose was located in Miami and as you might know, the priority mail 2 day delivery went through OPA LOCKA where it sat for who knows how long and showed up on my door step in a soggy box today.
Fortunately, the cake was wrapped well, undamaged and fresh. So, with all that, here it is, a fine cake to mark the forum's birthday one more time -- 9 years old as of September 3rd, 2017.
9 Years eh! Wow how times flies.
Happy Birthday from north of the border.
Almost one decade old! Congrats!
Are you certain the USPS delivered it to you John? Maybe Irma "dropped it off"!
I remember phoning to order a piece of equipment for a work related project from a supplier back in 1992. It Was right after Hurricane Andrew. I was told that there was 6 of them in the warehouse but so far they were unable to find the warehouse.
Happy birthday CRPF!
Terry
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!!
Happy Birthday to CRPF.

Thanks Dennis for all your work and money getting it going. Thanks Sheriff John who keeps the the Forum user friendly and locks out the bad guys.....Doug
Thanks to everyone who keeps the site as a go to place for the valuable information it contains. I learn things all the time here as well as "meeting" friendly and helpful folks in the process.
Gee. I joined in I think May of the following year so I have been here 8+ years now...... Feelin' old, but I guess we all are a little older, eh?
I joined it December of 2009 and never looked back. Dennis contacted me about an auction I had for a 500 set and questions the Forum had, as we shared a friendship with Scola.
It is the place to be if you like old telephones. I do miss the original guys that were before I joined.....Doug
Hard to believe it's been 9 years already. Sometimes it seems longer.
Doug, I remember the first time I saw photos of your collection that you posted here. I am still in awe. We are glad you joined up and contribute regularly.
The Forum's success couldn't be possible without all of you. Glad you're all enjoying the experience. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!
~Dennis
I know I'm only into my 3rd year here, but it seems longer.
Everyone here has been great with helping out the newbies.
Thanks Dennis for starting this forum.
Thanks to the members for making it work and a great place to be.
Nine years?? Say it ain't so Joe! Where do the years go?
And in all that time I've still never got myself a WE 302. :o
Happy birthday to the forum, and thanks for Dennis for keeping it up and running.
