There are hard bound volumes of Bell Lab records on eBay. These are ex-library from Pacific Telephone and Telegraph .
I bought the one with December 1939 in it. I have been trying to get a copy of the below photo for  a very long time.


  I paid about $42.00 with shipping.The more expensive the book, the more interesting the contents.

Very cool, I really like that Lucite 302 that would be a great piece to own.

Making things in transparent cases must have been a special thing for the Worlds Fair. I've seen pictures of a car made of Plexiglass and a RCA television in a Lucite cabinet. I have a clear 2500, but it's not an official Western Electric one.
