I bought a 460HC phone with a 562H key assembly in it. looking at the schematic for these phones, it looks like all I'd have to do is to modify the RED lead from the key strip to convert it to a 1A1 wiring scheme... or is there more to it? has anyone worked on these phones recently as far as modifying the key assembly? I'm terrible at soldiering and my hand now shake and my eyes are going bad to where I'm having to where 3.25X magnifying glasses to be able to see what I'm doing.... I might be able to do my own work, but if anyone has experience in modifying these units, help ia appreciated....

BSP 502-435-400 may be of help to Babybearjs. It seems to describe wiring for 400 series phones in 1A and 1A1 configurations.
