It seems that about 80% of the calls we receive on our landline are robocalls or other telemarketer calls, and it is driving us nuts.  I see that there are several different devices sold for this purpose, but I can find very little information comparing the features.

Does anybody here use a landline call blocking device?  Does it work well for you?

Ideally, this is what I would like it to be able to do:

Compatible with landline supporting multiple vintage extensions.
Compatible with Panasonic 616.
Able to whitelist friends and family so they ring through.
Able to blacklist repeat telemarketers.
Test for robocalls with changing numbers.

Does anyone have any advice?

I use OOMA VOIP service.  It has the capability to block 1000 user chosen numbers, or one can use the NoMoRobo database to block calls.  I purchased a used OOMA telo device that the seller had provided a code number to eliminate the $30 setup fee for used devices.  It provides a call log to allow identification of nuisance calls.  I would imagine they would explain it on their webpages.
