Do you mind elucidating us on the font? You've done an awesome job choosing the font, which I find is the hardest part.

I don't recall seeing "PTY CODE 2" on any Bell System phones. The letter suffixes (LAfayette 6764-J) were dropped for dial offices. For dial 2-party lines, the cards were the same as for single lines. If there were 4 or more parties using coded ringing, the cards would indicate the number of rings (or "bells" on the very early cards.) "Answer 4 rings" for example.
