What to use it for??

well, a while back I had posted a thread about the privacy board in a 2833 com-key phone. that board has now been pulled, longer leads put on it and tested... (well almost). so now comes the question, what can I use it for other then its intended use. could it be used as a cut-out switch for something? enclosed is a scan of the schematic.... what would you use it for??

Some kind of oscillator? Ring current or dial tone or???

well that won't work... its a switching circuit. the circuit controls the relay (MA4) and the contacts are open on energization of the unit. I just have to figure out what to switch.

That relay probably turns that unit on or off. Nothing much more.
