There are those I am sure that think that these are beautiful, and I have one that I love.  But I really like it for its funky look...It looks like it weighs even more than it does.

My wife likes it too and thinks it looks like it would be a phone that came from Micky Mouse's house in Disneyland.

Personally,

I always have liked the looks of the 'toasters', but, to each, their own. :D

I like it ;D The dial blank is a cool look on it. I may have to put a blank on my Purple one!

The trouble with Tribbles, besides eating all the quadrotriticale grain if left on their own, is they turn grey and go bald on top and if well waxed, the dome beads up in a rain.

This sad one needed a smile (the second photo) to, to, to . . . oh, wait, it's a PHONE! :o

Thankfully it is not a collectible old phone that was destroyed ;D

Changed to a 7 day auction with the asked opening bid set at $599.00. That should make a difference.

They are heavy and with the price of scrap metal these days, you may only be out $590 plus shipping on it.

Don't think this is or ever was a WE stock item, but I may be wrong. Just trying to imagine the what the other 3 phones look like - a black dial on a white shell with a red handset and a yellow cord for example?

In a way, it's an eye catching color scheme, not really hideous, but that's about it other than being an interesting parts phone. At least the seller is being somewhat honest in a very optimistic way with respect to its value.

Interesting combinations.  To my eye, black goes with red, and black goes with yellow, but the whole thing together doesn't go.  A much better body color would be aqua blue, it would go much better with both the yellow and red.

I think this combination with my teal blue 500 is much nicer.  Just threw this together for fun.  My patriotic phone.  :)
