need help identifing xmitter and handset compatibility

I see online, a T1 transmitter,
and a h23/u switchboard handset for sale.
my question :
are these two items compatible with federal, and liech phones?
I need a couple transmitters, and a rec to repair my phones.
my stuff I believe falls into the 240 ohm rec, and 30 ohm xmitter range.
any help would be great, the adds do not detail the items.
