  Just sitting around "convalescing" and I'm truly getting bored !  Sitting in the ham-shack and looking at some odds and ends and noticed an orphan red F4 handset and almost immediately eyed a broken Crosley 302 wannabe  and came up with the idea of putting them together. Used a european rotary dial of unknown origin , a 302 base , F4 handset  with G3 coiled cord and the Crosly housing and Voila!
   On to my next project , or is it "creation".

The dial looks like a GPO-type dial (or one of their suppliers' dials), is there a pic of the back of it for us to see?

  Thanks for the insight , thought the dial might be a GPO , mounting the dial was a bit of a "Rube Golberg" technique , used tapered shims and some glue .I will post some interior pictures when I neaten up the inards.
