Adventures In Telezonia

I just stumbled on a D1 listed with a strange dial card. Demonstration for "Adventures In Telezonia". Google came up with a Western Electric training  film from 1946 with that name. It was done with marionettes and was used in schools in conjunction with demo phones. This must be one of the demo phones for that film. Here is the film:
